Climbing & Hiking @ Mt Aetna Camp

Troop 62 and Troop 108 enjoyed a fun-filled weekend in November 2010 together! Scouts tent camped at Mt Aetna Camp. Scouts had the opportunity to hike, climb and zipline while at the camp! Fun was had by all! Take a look at the pictures below!

All About Troop 62

Boy Scout Troop 62 is a boy-led troop. A boy-led troop allows scouts to use their communication and leadership skills to lead their fellow scouts with the assistance of the adult leaders.

Boy Scout Troop 62 is chartered by the Chewsville Lions Club. Our Troop meets on Monday nights from 7 to 8:30 at the Chewsville Community Center, 11735 Whitehall Road in Chewsville, MD. Our Troop's weekly dues are $1.00.

Our Troop holds Boards of Review monthly to ensure all scouts have the opportunity to up in rank when they are prepared to do so. Each quarter of the year, the troop holds a Court of Honor to recognize the achievements of the scouts.
